You must complete your classes at least 7 days before the court date, including any extensions you may have been given. The citation must not include a personal injury or death due to accident. You are not eligible to attend the class if you have a commercial driver’s license or were driving non-commercially during the accident.
Please remember to bring along the written court order if you are court-ordered to attend class. The course for violation dismissals can only be attended once a year.
If you are under 18 years of age, please confirm with the jurisdiction court to make sure parental permission is recorded. You must submit complete payment before the start of your class.
School Refund Policy
According to regulations provided by the Arizona Supreme Court, the only instances where refunds will be offered are when the citation is dismissed by court or if the officer fails to file the citation. No refunds will be made apart from these instances.
We believe in making classes fun an interactive. All classes maintain a relaxed environment. We also use different state of the art tool to facilitate learning.
Class timings are mandated by the Supreme Court. All classes last for at least 4 hours and are not longer than 4.5 hours (excluding time for registration and breaks).
You are required to make it to class at least 30 minutes before it starts. This way, you will have ample time to register with the instructor. If you are late or cannot make it, please notify us so that we may reschedule.
Please bring along your identification card and driver’s license.
A money order made to Jacob’s Driving School or a cashier’s check OR your debit/credit card payment number.
Also, remember to bring a copy of your citation and court extension is necessary. Bring the written court order as well.
Since the classes are long, we urge students to bring snacks and drinks along.
